South Bend Housing Partnership
The SBHP was formed in 2024 and serves as the development instrument of the Housing Authority of South Bend. Its mission is to create strong, sustainable, inclusive communities and quality affordable housing through owning, acquiring, and developing housing for low to moderate-income families.

South Bend Housing Affiliate
South Bend Housing Affiliate (SBHA) is an autonomous housing agency founded in 2025 by the South Bend Housing Affiliate Board of Directors to provide financing for programs and incentives designed to support HUD's decent, safe, and sanitary (DSS) Housing Quality standards.
