Notice of Public Hearing for the 2026 Admin Plan, ACOP, and Annual Plan

PUBLIC NOTICE

Notice is given that the Housing Authority of South Bend (HASB) will conduct a Public Hearing for its 2026 Administrative Plan, 2026 Admissions and Continued Occupancy Plan (ACOP), and the 2026 Annual Plan and supporting documents on Thursday, June 18, 2026, at 10:30 am.

A copy of the draft 2026 Administrative Plan, 2026 Admissions and Continued Occupancy Plan (ACOP), and the 2026 Annual Plan and supporting documents will be available for inspection and review at HASB's office located at 501 Alonzo Watson Dr., South Bend, IN, during normal business hours, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Thursday. The review period will begin on Tuesday, May 19, 2026, and go on through Thursday, June 18, 2026. The plan will also be available on the HASB website. The public comment period will end on Thursday, June 18, 2026. Written comments, questions, or additional information will only be accepted within the review period.
